Terms of service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. The service
Taxania is a web application for business bookkeeping, operated by BlancPac Technologies S.L. (info@taxania.com). It lets users view bank transactions, receive and read invoices automatically, and reconcile one with the other.
2. Account and access
Using Taxania requires a user account linked to an organisation. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for the activity carried out with their account, and must be authorised to manage the data of the companies they register.
3. Connection with banks
Access to bank account information is provided through Enable Banking Oy, an account information service provider regulated under Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). Users give their consent directly in their bank's environment; Taxania only receives read-only access, valid for the period set by the bank (at most 180 days), renewable by the user and revocable at any time. Taxania does not initiate payments or carry out any operation on the accounts.
4. Automated invoice reading
Data extracted from invoices using artificial intelligence is an aid and may contain errors. Users must review it before using it for accounting or tax purposes. Taxania does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other organisations' data, or to interfere with its operation or security.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions, particularly those caused by banks or third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, BlancPac Technologies S.L. is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of the information shown in the service.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; relevant changes will be communicated to users. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in case of discrepancy.
